NGMC - Gainesville
Northeast Georgia Medical Center Gainesville is the 557-bed flagship hospital of the Northeast Georgia Health System. Our Level I trauma center offers specialty services, including:
- 23 operating rooms
- Emergency services
- 32-bed Intensive Care Unit (ICU)
- Ronnie Green Heart Center (18-bed cardiovascular ICU & 17-bed critical care unit)
- Women & Children’s Pavilion with Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU)
NGMC - Braselton
Our 134-bed hospital provides excellent healthcare to the greater Braselton community, with services including:
- Cardiovascular
- Vascular
- Orthopedics
- Neurosciences
- Cancer treatment
- Surgery
- Emergency services
- Obstetrical Services
- Neonatal Intensive Care
The Braselton campus is also home to Medical Plaza B which is home to several specialty physician offices, a resource center and cardiopulmonary rehabilitation, as well as Medical Plaza 1 which is home to an urgent care center, imaging center, endoscopy suite, outpatient lab and therapy services, and more than 20 physician offices.
NGMC - Barrow
Always striving to bring healthcare modeled after the programs of excellence at NGMC Gainesville, Northeast Georgia Medical Center (NGMC) Barrow is a 56-bed hospital on a fully integrated campus, including physician practice offices and specialty services in addition to the hospital. Hospital services include:
- Emergency services
- Surgery
- Intensive care
- Outpatient surgery
- Respiratory therapy
- Wound care
- Imaging services
NGMC - Lumpkin
NGMC Lumpkin provides 24/7/365 emergency care to Dahlonega and surrounding communities. The hospital also provides inpatient care and supporting imaging, lab and pharmacy services. A future NGMC Lumpkin campus is being developed along Georgia 400, on 57 acres just south of the intersection of Georgia 400 and Highway 60. The future campus is tentatively scheduled to open in fall 2023.
Commuter Program
- Must live at least 100 miles from the campus of assignment.
- Will need to show proof of residence.
- Must be a full-time employee.
- If you qualify for the program, you will receive an additional $10.00/hr. (Base pay calculated on years of experience. Shift and weekend differentials apply per usual).
